As a Senior Demand Planner at Halcon, you will play a critical role in collaborating with Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to consolidate demand and manage the master production schedule in SAP. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between customer projects and supply planning to meet sales demand efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and analyze demand forecasts.

• Prepare and manage the master production schedule in SAP.

• Coordinate with Supply Planning to fulfill customer projects

• Monitor and adjust operational parameters for optimal performance

• Serve as the primary liaison with Program, Engineering, SCM, and Manufacturing teams

• Ensure ERP systems provide accurate, real-time data

• Develop and validate multi-level demand forecasts

• Analyze supply and demand constraints and optimize inventory

• Compile and report monthly KPIs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: 10-12 years in demand planning with a strong SAP background.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Skills: Advanced planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; expertise in MRP/ERP systems.
• Communication: Fluent in English. Arabic speakers preferred
• Preferred: 7+ years of industry-specific experience and regional related project planning and scheduling expertise
