Your Mission

As a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Supervise key technical domains including:
  • Modeling & Simulation
  • Guidance & Control Algorithms
  • Tracking Systems
  • Estimation & Optimization Filters
  • Software Development (SIL/PIL)
  • Lab Testing & HIL Performance Verification
  • Mission Planning & Flight Testing
• Mentor engineers across Junior, Engineer I, and Engineer II levels
• Execute flight test operations: pre-flight prep, live testing, and post-flight analysis
• Support capability establishment by developing infrastructure, tools, and labs
• Contribute technical expertise to principal engineers and strategic projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields
• 6–10 years of experience in guided weapon systems or equivalent high-tech domains
• Proven expertise in engineering tools and algorithm development for guidance and control
• Deep understanding of system engineering and defense-grade technology implementation
