We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Development Engineer to . This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about technology and innovation. This position requires a senior level engineering professional with strong technical knowledge on cryptography, software development and internet protocols. In addition, technical leadership skills and the ability to drive innovation are a must for this position. You will be responsible for technical planning, execution, and delivering engineering projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•    Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, quality assurance, and operations to define project requirements, scope, and priorities.
•    Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the team.
•    Act as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommendations on software architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
•    Translation of strategic requirements to world class software design.
•    Software development of mobile communication solutions with tactical focus on platform level and device management. 
•    As a member of Target State team, drive the development and execution of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. At the same time, develop and implement software development processes and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability together with Target State team members.
•    Acts as an agile ambassador in a cross-functional team owning end to end development, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Education and Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Requires a minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in software development.

•    Strong technical background in software engineering principles.
•    Soli track record in software development in embedded Linux and mobile platforms.
•    Experience in symmetric and asymmetric cryptography, OSI layers and protocols
