About the role

 

BEACON RED is seeking to appoint a Senior Analyst to build its investigative analytical capacity within the field of law enforcement intelligence training and capability-building programs.

This role provides dedicated analytical and instructional support across several department workstreams, including but not limited to  Group endorsed internal investigations, supply chain integrity projects, and strategic intelligence initiatives supporting EDGE Group’s governance, compliance, and national security objectives.

 

Job Responsibilities 

 

  • Direct and oversee a range of analytical workstreams, including internal investigations, supply chain investigations, compliance reviews, complex case analysis, and threat or vulnerability assessments. 
  • Ensure outputs are methodologically robust, operationally relevant, and aligned with NSC governance standards and strategic intelligence priorities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary analytical teams, ensuring the production of high-quality intelligence reports, assessments, and investigative outputs that meet NSC’s operational and strategic objectives.
  • Engage and collaborate with senior leadership, operational partners, and stakeholders to enhance analytical workflows, represent BEACON RED at strategic forums, and ensure all activities comply with EDGE Group’s governance, ethics, and data protection standards.
  • Design and lead specialist intelligence training as senior SME, developing accredited programs for UAE and international clients. Conduct TNAs and curriculum design aligned with national security needs, integrating scenario-based learning to meet UAE NQC standards.
  • Mentor training cadre to build capability and ensure delivery meets UAE NQC and EDGE Learning standards, professional development, and performance excellence of national analysts and instructors.

 

Experience and Qualifications 

 

  • Proven background in leading analytical intelligence support to criminal investigations
  • Ability to work effectively within sensitive, high-trust environments and manage complex stakeholder interactions.
  • Must have served as a full-time Law Enforcement officer within Intelligence Analysis, and have received formal training in this field, delivered by a recognized Five Eyes (FVEY) agency.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and executive-level presentations.
  • Over 10 years of law enfocement expereinc working within an Intelligence Analysis environment 
  • Experience in managing teams of analysists within complex multi-jurisdictional investigations into organized crime would be advantageous
