Senior Finance Manager T&I Cluster
Reports To T&I Cluster CFO

Position Overview
Oversee financial activities for the Technology & Industrialization Cluster. This role spans project finance management, monthly reporting, and strategic financial planning in a high-tech R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•            Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, quarterly projections, and monthly financial reports with variance analysis
•            Manage project profitability reporting and cost control monitoring aligned with project progress
•            Build business cases and financial models for new product developments and market strategies
•            Analyze development costs, revenue, and profitability by project with cross-functional teams
•            Oversee external auditor relationships and ensure IFRS compliance and EDGE Group accounting policies
•            Support internal audit activities and adhere to Delegation of Authority governance

Required Qualifications:
•            Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Engineering, or related field
•            8 -10 years of progressive finance experience with background in management or consulting
•            Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition) and IAS 38 (Intangible Assets)

Key Competencies:

•            Advanced financial modeling and analytics with expert-level Excel and Power BI proficiency
•            Thorough understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
•            Strong ERP systems knowledge and experience with SAP or similar platforms
•            Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with all management levels
•            Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
•            Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PM, and Procurement
