Job Title – Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Finance

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Finance to drive financial performance and cost efficiency across manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyse costs, support planning cycles, and deliver insights using SAP and Power BI, improving profitability and operational performance through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
• Drive plant-level financial performance and cost control
• Analyse manufacturing costs (materials, labour, overhead)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor key KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time)
• Validate SAP costing, routings, and master data
• Partner with stakeholders to optimise performance

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in finance with manufacturing exposure
• Strong planning, budgeting, and cost control experience
• Proven analytical and data interpretation skills
• ERP experience (preferably SAP)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, MBA)
• SAP costing/production module experience
• Advanced Power BI skills
• Manufacturing or plant finance experience
