Role Overview

Play a key role in supporting efficient operations and the UAE’s growing supply chain sector by partnering with Demand Planning to consolidate material requirements. You will prepare and maintain the Master Production Schedule in SAP, aligning operations with business and customer demand, while collaborating with Supply Planning and project teams to ensure timely material availability.

You will monitor performance, track production progress, and provide clear updates to optimize efficiency and minimize delays. This role offers UAE Nationals a strong platform to build expertise in operations, supply chain, and SAP within a collaborative, growth-focused environment..

Key Accountabilities 

• Responsible to consolidate the total material demand and to initiate with supply planning
• Creating PRs based on demand projections in order to meet consumer demands
• Manage, modify and adapt the master production plan due to engineering changes and material shortages
• Serves as primary point of contact for and liaison with Program, engineering, SCM and Manufacturing department
• Ensure the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System is aligned and provided real time data for activity material planning
• Developing material demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons
• Development of the material demand plan and it’s validation from various sources and preparation of multiple levels of aggregation for a variety of time horizons as part of the demand planning function
• Analyse and provide insights on supply and demand constraints, potential risks and opportunities, and inventory optimization
• Compile monthly KPI’s through metrics and system data from various departments

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 Years Material planning and scheduling multiple projects with a proven track record of delivering results. Experienced in using SAP software
• 7+ years of industry and regional related experience in planning and scheduling multiple projects (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree, fluency in English language
• Experienced Material planning and SAP user (Mandatory) in Business Planning
