Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of the project to ensure the timely availability of materials and components needed for maintenance.
- Analyze production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements to ensure timely delivery of work order
- Adjust and update schedules based on changes in production needs or lead times.
- Create material coding in order to ease the PR creation and material controlling
- Coordinate with customer as and when required
- Coordinate the quality issues with Suppliers/QC/Procurement
- Participate in supplier evaluation
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by analyzing stock levels, material lead times, and supplier performance.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of raw materials and parts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure availability of space to store the incoming materials
- Work closely with production teams to align material requirements with the production plan.
- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely purchase of materials
- Collaborate with suppliers logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, shortages, or opportunities for improvement.
- Provide reports to management on project performance, material availability, delivery schedule and inventory status.
- Identify and resolve any material shortages, delays, or production disruptions caused by supply chain issues.
- Work cross-functionally to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring issues.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay current on best practices and MRP system advancements.
Experience and Education :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline is required.
- 4 years’ work experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in administrative field, and the ability to complete difficult and complex assignments.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic & English; strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently and with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency using cost and scheduling tools (MS Project/MAXIMO or other systems).
- Driving License is mandatory
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred
