About ADASI:
ADASI is the regional leader in autonomous systems and services, dedicated to offering holistic solutions – from the development and production of unmanned systems to joint mission analysis and careful equipment acquisition. RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support production activities utilizing PLM,CATIA,SOLIDWORKS,ALTIUM and XPLM connector.
•Handle L2 and L3 support tickets assigned by the PLM Manager.
•Analyze technical issues involving AML, IOM, C#, JavaScript, SQL, server/client methods and application logs.
•Provide workaround, RCA and permanent fix for assigned production incidents.
•Support package deployment, smoke testing and post-deployment validation.
•Support upgrade-related analysis and validation for Aras Innovator Release 35 or later.
•Coordinate with business, CM, PLM, infra, DBA, vendor and integration teams.
•Installations of Aras and components on servers. Server maintenance and server upset resolutions.
•Support Go-live activities.
•Maintain code best practices and SDLC best practices.
•License updates, Effectivity services, Vault management
•Maintain Production Uptime metrics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
•+8 years of experience in PLM software support
•Minimum 3 years experience on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade support or L2/L3 support activities.
•Knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools (e.g., CMDB, PLM, PDM).
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Supplier Management exposure
Program Management module exposure
Experience supporting Aras upgrade projects
REST/SOAP/API integration basics
Experience supporting integration with XPLM
Experience supporting cross-PLM integration such as Windchill-Aras integration
CAD connector support experience
ERP/SAP integration support experience
IIS, Vault and file replication knowledge
Performance troubleshooting
ITIL/ticketing process experience
Knowledge of Aras Innovator Edge API
CAA CATIA
Altium tool for PCB design Exposure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on production support experience in Aras Innovator Release 35 or later versions
- Part, BOM, CAD, Document and Change Management support experience
- Manufacturing Process Planning / MPP exposure
- Variant Management exposure
- Quality Management / QMS exposure
- L2/L3 production support experience
- Workflow, lifecycle and permission troubleshooting
- C#, JavaScript, AML/XML and IOM
- SQL Server basic/medium queries
- Server Methods and Client Methods debugging
- Deployment support and rollback activities
- RCA preparation and issue documentation
- Connectors of Aras for various CAD and CAM tools Exposure.
