About the role

 

Senior SAT Analyst is responsible for developing high-quality training materials and learning
content in line with the programme curriculum and Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Draft all SAT related documentation in support of Analysis, Course Design and Validation functions.
  • Assist in the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in accordance with Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology.
  • Compile Job Employment Volumes and associated documentation as required.
  • Conduct Course Design in accordance with recognized SAT procedures.
  • Research, collate and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide effective and efficient solutions for the Analysis, Design and Validation phases of SAT.
  • Provide SAT advice and support to TNA Lead and associated Project Support.
  • Provide SAT guidance to technical Subject Matter Experts (SME) in order to assist deliverey of training solutions within budget and timescales.
  • Collaborate effectively with industry, stakeholders, SME’s and colleagues in support of projects and potential opportunities.
  • Act with discretion and cultural awareness within the work environment at all times.
  • Produce training related outputs and reports, including Employment Volumes, Course Training Plans and Validation reports in accordance with UAE SAT quality assurance policies and processes.

 

Qualification

  • A significant background in training, education, learning, behavioral and cultural change.
  • Completed formal SAT Analysis, Course Design and Validation training courses
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in the successful application and delivery of Systems Approach to Training, preferably ESAT (United Arab Emirates), Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) and the associated quality standards, including the stages, activities and outputs required.
  • Have knowledge of current training methods and media, including Computer Based Training (CBT), multimedia, simulation and Virtual Reality (VR)..
  • Experience working as a training consultant outside the Defense sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with translators is desirable but not essential.
