Core Accountabilities
- Build, demonstrate, and improve the project management capabilities
- Manage end to end project and portfolio life cycle
- Lead collaboration with other GBS Function/department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
- Drive planning of project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Lead in ensuring appropriate life cycle resourcing, training, tooling, support and documentation with a formal project sign-off from all key stakeholders.
- Facilitate the liaising between GBS and other functional teams within EDGE group – such as Legal, Operations, etc. – to enable projects delivery.
- Being the Lead Facilitator of the project governance forums at all levels within GBS (from working group to steering committee)
- Provide on-time reporting on project and portfolio status
- Support transition program and other initiatives within the GBS
- Identify enhancement opportunities in collaboration with the GBS Service management function
- Lead the interactions with functions within GBS to ensure seamless delivery
Experience
- 6-10 years of progressive Shared Services/Global Business Services experience
- Experience in managing complex project and overseeing transition
Education
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Consultative style – Ability to formulate and articulate a perspective and present it in a way to create understanding and alignment on issues
- Ability to communicate and work with senior management and to present complex issues and options with clarity from a strategic viewpoint
- Proficiency in the English language
- Proficiency in full range of MS office tools and SAP Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM)
