Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain system requirements and technical specifications documentation (design specs, architecture diagrams, API docs)
• Perform system integration, testing and validation of wireless communication devices
• Define system architecture, including requirements decomposition/allocation, interface definition and trade studies
• Working knowledge of RF design, antenna systems and wireless standards/protocols
• Understanding of embedded systems (hardware, software, RTL) and hardware security fundamentals (HSM, secure boot, TEE)

Education and Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
• 10+ years in systems engineering or embedded systems development, including hardware-software integration, system architecture design, and leading technical/cross-functional teams
• 5+ years with wireless communication technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G)

• Excellent technical writing and communication skills (verbal & written) for cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-evolving technology landscape
• Team collaboration skills, including mentoring junior engineers
