Top Technical Requirements:

  • Support Organizational Development - Assist in the creation, implementation, and facilitation of transformational organizational development initiatives.
  • Promote Learning Culture - Foster a culture of continuous learning by identifying and addressing organizational learning and development needs, including leadership development. Implement organizational development (OD) and learning and development (L&D) initiatives and best practices.
  • Lead HR Projects - Spearhead key HR projects within Learning & Development, guiding them from initial concept through to development and implementation.
  • Establish Rewards and Recognition Framework - Develop and implement a Rewards and Recognition framework that aligns with the organization's vision and strategic objectives.
  • Engineering Graduate Training Program - Design, develop, and execute a structured and engaging ‘Engineering Graduate Training Program’ to support the career development of Entry-Level Engineers.
  • Enhance Performance Culture - Assist the HR & Admin Manager in building a high-performance culture through change management, recognition practices, and individual development plans.
  • Talent Assessment and Succession Planning - Evaluate current and future resource capabilities through talent reviews and succession planning. Lead talent assessments and provide recommendations to senior management to address potential talent gaps.
  • Performance Management - Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring effective goal setting, quarterly feedback, and annual review processes.
  • Facilitate Learning Events - Organize and conduct internal learning events and workshops.
  • Develop Induction Program - Create and implement an engaging HR Induction program for new hires.
  • Manage Internship Program - Oversee the Internship program, aligning it with Talent Pool Acquisition goals and objectives.
  • Competency Framework Development - Design and establish a Behavioral and Technical Competency Framework to define critical organizational skills, attributes, and behaviors.
  • Job Evaluation and Grading Structure - Conduct job evaluations for all organizational roles. Support the HR & Admin Manager in finalizing job grading structures and collaborate with stakeholders to develop meaningful job descriptions for existing and new positions.
  • Collaborate on Group Projects - Work with Group and Entity HR teams to advance various group projects within the organization.

 

Knowledge/Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of extensive experience in Talent Development and Performance management
  • Minimum Post-graduation in Human Resource Management
  • Preferred Professional certification in HRM from a recognized university / body
