Key Accountabilities

• Manage complex engineering projects focused on the development and integration of loitering munitions, missiles, UAVs ensuring technical objectives are met with precision and cutting-edge innovation.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for project requirement, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market needs.
• Support the Program Manager in the formulation and standardization of project management and engineering development processes, methodologies, guidelines, and documentation templates to boost operational efficiency and ensure uniformity across projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and allocates resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal use of personnel and budget.
• Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acts as the primary liaison between the technical development team including aerodynamics, mechanical,  electronics, control systems, and software development, payload systems to deliver integrated system solutions to ensure clear communication and alignment across them.
• Provides technical guidance to project teams, ensuring the design and development of integrated system, and technical requirements. 
• Coordinates technical aspects of field/flight tests.
• Create detailed status reports on monthly, quarter / yearly basis, according to the instructions. 
• Responsible of compiling internal and external documentation about product development.
• Leads and mentors project team members, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and development
• Supports business development tasks by estimation project budgets, schedules, risk assessment and resources predictions.

Knowledge/Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in aerospace and defense industry including technical project management / system engineering with demonstrated experience working within iterative agile or hybrid development cycles.
• Specific experience in Loitering Munition, missile, UAV, advanced drone systems such as  tactical, strategical, reconnaissance variants and anti-drones.
• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of aerial defence systems, including design, development, and integration & testing.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, or other technical fields.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or System Engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of key project management metrics with the ability to track progress and ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and motivate teams, make strategic decisions, and resolve complex problems and trade-offs.
