Core Accountabilities

 

  • Support the management of the redeployment of employees that include transfer, promotion, and demotion.
  • Carry out the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Capture of all personal and employment data in the HC system and ensure its accuracy for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Manage pensions as per UAE laws and regulations for UAE and GCC nationals.
  • Update all non-payroll-related HC actions through the system.
  • Manage staff leaves and ensure the recording and approval process are properly followed.
  • Manage and maintain all secondment and outsourced HC contracts.
  • Assist in the maintenance of all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to employees.
  • Ensure adherence to the implementation of company’s HC policies and ensure compliance.
  • Support the maintenance of the organization’s HR databases.
  • Address any interventions required with relevant stakeholders regarding HC metrics.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the structure of the organization by updating job requirements and positional hierarchy.

 

Experience:

 

  • 2- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a shared service environment
  • Advanced level knowledge of HC systems (SAP preferred)

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Human Resources or a related field

 

Key Skills

 

  • MS Office
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Strong labour law knowledge
