Job Title: Senior Associate-International Relations
Key Accountabilities:
Project Concepts & Solutions
- Assist on overseeing unique, high-priority initiatives that stem out of international and government deals.
- Assist on handling primary focal point for special project related opportunities to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project and its deliverables.
- Assist on engaging with Internal stakeholders & external stakeholder to execute terms of cooperation agreements
- Assist on manage project from conception into completion ensuring it meet goals, timeline and involves the relevant teams & parties
- Assist on engage with MOD and coordinate and facilitate International visits, opportunities and evaluations in order to maintain and build consistence relationship with the international customers and market.
- Conduct research on local market conditions, cultural considerations, and regulatory requirements to inform office setup strategies.
- Help coordinate training and orientation programs for new staff to ensure alignment with EDGE Group’s operational standards.
Reporting and Documentation
- Contribute to the monthly reporting process by gathering and organizing data on establishment activities, including legal setups, budget allocations, recruitment, and IT infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to M&A opportunities, sales prospects, and government collaborations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management that summarize key activities, performance metrics, and any challenges faced.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist on coordination between internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration on international projects.
- Assist on organize meetings and workshops to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Address inquiries and provide updates to stakeholders regarding the progress of international operations.
Performance Tracking:
- Assist in monitoring reports and data of performance metrics related to international operations and contribute to efforts aimed at continuous improvement.
- Help analyse data to identify trends and assist on recommendations for enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Business Performance team to support the achievement of defined goals and objectives.;
Experience & Education Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years in administration or business development or PMO or engineering role for a large corporate
- Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable
