Job Role
Provide comprehensive support enhancing customer relationships, driving business development activities, contributing to marketing initiatives ensuring efficient client data management and communication within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of customer relationship management (CRM) system to meticulously track and analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and trends.
• Updating, optimizing, and documenting data management processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the business development team, assist with strategic planning, market research and the execution of targeted business growth initiatives.
• Coordinate and actively participate in marketing initiatives, campaigns and events to promote the Company's market presence, brand image, products and services. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders as and when required.
• Act as a proactive communicator, ensuring timely and effective follow up with end users regarding inquiries and requests.
• Provide support to Commercial/Key Account Managers, while collaborating closely with cross functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent communications.

Experience & Education

• Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role or related functional areas.
• Proven experience demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of customer relationship management, business development, and marketing.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic (written/spoken)
• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience in a similar capacity is a plus.
