Sr. Specialist, Broadcast & Video Producer

External Job Description

We are seeking for a skilled Broadcast & Video Producer to oversee all live broadcasting, recording, and video production activities. This role ensures high-quality capture and delivery of test activities while managing broadcast infrastructure, equipment, and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role in producing professional visual content in a secure, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute live broadcasts and recordings of on-site test activities
• Develop broadcast plans for multi-camera setups and live feeds
• Oversee end-to-end video production: pre-production, filming, and post-production
• Manage and maintain broadcast equipment, including cameras, drones, audio systems, media servers, and control rooms
• Lead and manage the internal video production team, assigning roles and supervising execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables
• Source, onboard, and manage third-party production vendors when needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and confidentiality protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Broadcasting, Film, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in broadcast/video production, preferably in complex or high-security environments
• Proven experience managing live broadcasts, production teams, and external vendors
• Strong knowledge of cameras, drones, audio-visual systems, media servers, and editing software
• Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
