Key Accountabilities:

We're looking for an experienced salesperson to join our team, working to support the delivery of services on the XRANGE - A multi-domain military and commercial Training, Test and Evaluation range in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new commercial opportunities that match our services portfolio as well as providing an account management role to our existing customers.

Sales & Business Development:
-
Develop and grow UAE client relationships which lead to immediate and longer-term sales opportunities.

Maintain and grow ‘run-rate’ business with important existing UAE customer accounts.

Commercial:
-
Work with REMAYA’s Project and Operations team to raise and track invoices against customers on contract to ensure prompt payment and cashflow.

Contribute to the development of monthly Business Development updates and XRANGE customer utilisation reports for management reporting

Experience & Education:
-
High School Qualifications / Diploma in any discipline(s).

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Experience of working in a Military or Police environment.
-
At least 5 years relevant experience of business development / sales experience in a defence-related environment, in either the UAE or the wider Middle East Region
Key Skills:

A proven record of generating new and follow-on business opportunities to build a credible opportunity pipeline.

An ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including our customers, wider industry and within EDGE - leveraging these relationships appropriately.

Experience in commercial bidding (proposal) creation and management.

Strong commercial accumen

Fluent in both Arabic and English

Proficient with Microsoft Office Based Software (Excel, SharePoint, Word etc.).
