Job Title: Senior Specialist Performance & Reporting

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategy Development

  • Conduct SWOT analysis to evaluate the current performance landscape.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities for differentiation.
  • Take the lead in collaborating cross-functional to define, develop, and implement long-term strategies, ensuring they are integrated across the project portfolio.

Performance Management

  • Lead the development of scorecards for the Group, Clusters & Entities with relevant functions and custodian of performance metrics, whilst ensuring the cascade of the strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance on the development of Group-wide performance metrics and target setting.
  • Develop and update the Group Performance Guidelines, including performance metrics and targets

Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop, implement and maintain system for the reporting of performance metrics (Group, Cluster, Entities)
  • Review and evaluate Group and Cluster performance to identify key focus areas, root cause and opportunities for improvement.
  • Report to Executive Leadership Team on achievements, key focus areas and recommendations.
  • Lead the formulation, promotion and supporting the implementation of the performance improvement program initiatives supporting the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives and scorecard targets.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate Group Performance Guidelines and provide awareness to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on reporting requirements.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries and requests for additional information in a timely and professional manner.

Process Improvements and Automation

  • Provides professional advice and recommendations for potential improvements in company’s business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement technological solutions that improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

Quality Assurance:

  • Provides advice on reviews and evaluates reports to ensure validity, consistency and suitability of format for Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of data.

Planning & PMO Support:

  • Maintain full knowledge of the business plan & budget and translate plan into actions and targets. Consider risks and opportunities related to plans and review with management. Ensure close integration with Finance & PMO Division on performance and planning information/activities.
  • Assist in tracking & monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in strategy & performance management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience in Defense & Security is preferred, but not mandatory.

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Science/Technology.
  • Kaplan-Norton Balanced Scorecard, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, EFQM Assessor desirable

 

KEY SKILLS

  • Proven experience in strategy, business planning, performance management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends for decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, EFQM etc.)
  • Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
