Sr. Specialist Risk & Opportunity - Emirati Talent

Drive the identification, communication, measurement and management of Group wide risks.

•Proactively work with Risk Champions to monitor & report the risks, drive risk assessment and analysis to support informed decision making and enhance risk informed execution.

•Facilitate key risk management workshops, reviews, and assessments with key stakeholders, to identify key risk indicators and to ensure their regular monitoring. Identify and advise leadership on risk mitigations.

•Prepare risk reporting tailored to different stakeholders, including reporting of top strategical risks at Group level (including committee meetings).

•Ensure that a comprehensive and continuous risk identification process is in place.

•Monitor the application and effectiveness of risk management processes.

Experience:

At least 7+ years proven experience in risk management

In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, business administration, risk management, or a related field.
