External Job Description

Join as a Storekeeper to manage inventory operations including receiving, storing, tracking, and dispatching items to support product maintenance activities. This role ensures accurate stock control, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing items against documentation
• Store, tag, and track inventory using ERP systems
• Dispatch items to maintenance teams as per approved requests
• Maintain accurate stock records and prepare stock status reports
• Monitor inventory levels and report damages or discrepancies
• Coordinate with Finance for inventory and transaction-related matters
• Operate store equipment (e.g., forklifts, scales) as required
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Support gate pass coordination and respond to inventory-related enquiries

Qualifications and Experience
• High School Certificate or Diploma in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
