MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Supervise all assigned Technician(s), Production Control and Analyst(s), Data within the Production Control Department.
•    Oversee the planning, scheduling, implementation, validation, review and analysis of information and data related to the execution of the ASP using CMMS.
•    Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 program.
•    Monitor vehicle servicing KPIs during the maintenance cycle.
•    Assist in the development, execution, revision and enforcement of all maintenance directives within the Production Control department.
•    Oversee the updating of CMMS as it applies to equipment asset management, supply chain management, work management and maintenance management.
•    Review existing maintenance orders to ensure CMMS database accuracy and asset maintenance status.
•    Coordinate with GMC representatives on the receipt and return of assets and any modifications to the scope of repair.
•    Review, graph and report on all completed maintenance activities.
•    Independently resolve production control related issues of moderate difficulty.
•    Ensure all high value property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
•    Develop and monitor the training of all assigned Technician(s), Production Control and Analyst(s), Data on a variety of production control tasks that will ensure maintenance is executed as planned.
•    Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
•    Support other members of the Production Control Department in fulfilling their roles.
•    Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
•    Perform other duties as required by the Senior Manager, Production Control and Information Technology.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•    A Bachelor’s degree is required, in Engineering is preferred. 
•    A minimum of three years of experience in production control planning and related activities is required.
•    A minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory position is required.
•    Previous military and/or automotive experience is preferred.

•    Familiarity with Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services is an advantage. 
•    Previous experience with any CMMS enterprise (e.g. SAP or MAXIMO) is required.
•    Excellent organisational skills and familiarity with the analysis of information and data is preferred.
•    Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and ISO methodologies, practices and processes in a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) setting is an advantage.
•    Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software is required.
•    The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required.
•    Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
