Key Accountabilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of technicians to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Assembly Oversight: Monitor and guide the assembly process, ensuring adherence to established procedures and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to identify and address any defects or issues.
  • Integration: Oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, and avionics components into the final product.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of drone and UAV technology, including mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and avionics equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the assembly process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the assembly process.


Knowledge/Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in project management or lean manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the assembly of complex mechanical systems, preferably in the aerospace or electronics industry.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and equipment.
  • Experience working with drones or UAVs.
  • Knowledge of avionics systems and regulations.
