PULSE, the joint venture between EDGE and INDRA, is seeking an experienced Radar Integration Team Lead to lead the integration, testing, and deployment of advanced radar and defense systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise, requiring the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring successful delivery across complex, mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities
▪ Lead and mentor engineers in integration, testing, and deployment of radar and defense systems.
▪ Manage technical planning, resource allocation, and project execution in line with program objectives.
▪ Oversee radar commissioning (Setting to Work, FAT, SAT, environmental/EMI-EMC tests) and validate performance under operational conditions.
▪ Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and customer reports; ensure compliance with MIL-STD and defense standards.
▪ Support field integration and training, including travel to client sites and military locations
Requirements

▪ Advanced troubleshooting of complex HW/SW, RF, power, and network issues
▪ Clear customer communication for briefings, incident escalation, and reporting
▪ Planning and oversight of integration, commissioning, and FAT/SAT acceptance tests
▪ High adaptability to demanding operational environments and time-critical deployments.
