About the Program

We are offering an exciting opportunity for UAE Nationals to join our Training Program. This entry-level initiative is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to begin a career in the defense sector. This program is particularly suitable for graduates with backgrounds in Electronics or Mechatronics, who want to build hands-on expertise and apply their knowledge in a practical defense environment. 

Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee, you will:

• Participate in technical training modules across electronics, mechatronics, networks, and security.
• Learn to operate, configure, and troubleshoot systems with guidance from mentors.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and contribute to team discussions.
• Actively engage in professional development and demonstrate commitment to growth. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nationality: UAE Nationals only
• Education: Bachelor’s (or in final year) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Interest in technology, defense, and innovation
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn
• Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly
• Prior internship or project experience in a technical area is a plus but not required
