Training Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Operations Lead to oversee the planning, coordination and execution of training operations across the programme. This role is critical in ensuring all training activities are delivered effectively, on time and in line with approved standards, translating programme design into coordinated and executable delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed training plans, schedules and operational activity across all programme phases and streams
• Oversee day-to-day training operations, ensuring delivery is executed as planned and resolving issues in real time
• Coordinate across all instructional domains including physical training, field training, marksmanship and specialist streams to ensure integrated and deconflicted delivery
• Manage allocation and utilisation of instructors, facilities, equipment and support services to ensure efficient programme execution
• Act as the key interface between Chief Instructors, programme leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Identify and manage operational risks and constraints, implementing mitigation actions and adapting plans as required
• Ensure all training activities are delivered in accordance with approved standards, policies and safety requirements
• Maintain oversight of delivery progress and produce regular reporting on performance, risks and issues
• Drive continuous improvement in coordination, efficiency and training delivery effectiveness

About You:

• Experience in training operations, programme delivery or operational planning within a structured environment
• Proven leadership and team management capability
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stream activity
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and instructional teams
