UAE National - Senior Project Support Specialist

Role Purpose:

Project Operations Coordinator / Field & Project Support Specialist will support the execution of electro-optical (EO) system projects within the defence sector. This role is responsible for coordinating project operations, logistics, field support, and ensuring seamless execution of project activities from planning to deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, field operations, logistics, and technical support within a defence or technology-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of EO system projects, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Maintain and update project schedules, reports, and dashboards for tracking performance metrics.
• Manage coordination and oversee field deployment, testing, and validation activities for electro-optical systems.
• Arrange Development project logistics for site visits, equipment transport, and personnel deployment to test ranges or operational locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, defenes regulations, and security procedures during field operations
• Assist engineers and technical teams with setup, troubleshooting, and operation of EO equipment in field environments.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials and tools.
• Act as a liaison between engineering teams, project managers, suppliers, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, and technical discussions, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Support training and knowledge transfer activities for field personnel and technician

Main Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in defence projects coordination, logistics, collaborations, contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent Major.
