Lead Strategic Supply Chain Excellence at the Cutting Edge of Defence Innovation

HALCON, part of EDGE Group’s Missiles and Weapons Cluster, is seeking a visionary Vice President – Supply Chain to spearhead world-class procurement and logistics operations. In this executive leadership role, you will drive transformative strategies across sourcing, planning, vendor relations, and lifecycle cost optimization to support HALCON’s advanced manufacturing and defence innovation objectives.

As a key member of the senior leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, you will influence cross-functional decisions, shape supply chain governance, and build long-term resilience in our supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HALCON’s supply chain transformation through strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence.

• Build and optimize a resilient end-to-end procurement and logistics model that balances cost, quality, service, and compliance.

• Lead contract negotiations, supplier assessments, and risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with executive and engineering teams to align supply chain activities with product development and production goals.

• Oversee transportation logistics and warehousing to ensure efficient product flow across our global supply chain.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, supply chain digitization, and Emiratization priorities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).

• 15+ years of senior-level supply chain experience, ideally in aerospace, defence, or automotive sectors.

• Strong expertise in procurement analytics, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.

• Proven leadership in building and mentoring high-performance teams.

• Certifications such as CPIM, CPM, or Six Sigma are a plus.
