The Associate Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of various engineering projects. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The Associate Engineer will contribute to the successful execution of engineering tasks and projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. The associate engineer needs to have basic IT-admin skills in installing various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and commissioning (cabling & configuration) network devices like switches and routers. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Provide technical support to senior engineers and project managers in the planning and execution of engineering projects.
•    Assist in conducting research, testing, and analysis to support project requirements.
•    Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that products or systems meet specified requirements.
•    Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the testing phase.
•    Contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions, products, or systems.
•    Collaborate with the engineering team to create and modify technical drawings and documentation.
•    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering.
•    Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
•    Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, design, manufacturing, and quality control, to achieve project goals.
•    Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on project progress.
•    Assist in implementing change management strategies to help the team adapt to the new management style and structure.
•    Address any resistance to change and foster a positive attitude within the team.

Education and Minimum Qualification 

•   Bachelor's degree in [Engineering discipline or related field] or similar work experience

•   Entry-level position; relevant internships or academic projects are a plus.

The base salary for the role will be around EUR 3,500 based on the candidate's experience.
