We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal QA Engineer in the field of Network Encryptors  to enhance QA efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain tests for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing for network encryptors
• Select the best tools for investigating issues in the mentioned areas with special focus on integration and problem investigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, quality assurance, and product management to implement robust test automation cases.
• Participate to continuous improvement and innovation in test development, area test practices, processes, and tools to streamline testing workflows and increase test coverage.
• Ensure compliance with software quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in all test automation activities.
• Readily report issues to various system including possible external parties

Experience and Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Requires a minimum of 10-15 years of overall experience in software quality assurance, with at least 7-10 years of experience specifically in test automation and 4-5 years in a similar position

Key Skills

• Proven track record of successfully maintaining network encryptor devices
• Strong technical background In related, tools, and technologies, with expertise in modem configurations
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git, gerrit, etc).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
