As a Senior Engineer of Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading the Network Encryptors engineering team to achieve organizational goals. This position requires a seasoned engineering professional with strong technical knowledge on cryptography, BSP software development, production test sw development, software development and internet protocols. In addition, technical leadership skills and the ability to drive innovation are a must for this position. You will be responsible for technical planning, executing, and delivering engineering projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Translation of strategic requirements to world class software design.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Software development of network encryptor solutions from BSP level to application level.
• Design and implementation of hardware production related software components, that enable high quality hardware devices production.
• Lead by example as a senior engineer in embedded software development environment.
• Assist team leads in planning of programs to ensure realistic scope and timeline to software development project.
• Challenge and assist product architects to guide the software design towards incremental goals

Experience and Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in engineering.
