This role will provide the comprehensive legal support to all functions and activities of KATIM, with a particular focus on sales, procurement and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Drafting and negotiation of the sales contracts with the customers.
• Compliance: Ensuring that KATIM’s activities are performed strictly in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
• Procurement: Drafting and negotiation of the procurement contracts with the suppliers.

Experience and Education Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, Master degree in law is preferred 
• Minimum of 5 years of Work Experience 
• Qualified to practice law
