Core Accountabilities
- Communicate with the transportation team to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Prepare loads for shipment.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management Oversee and facilitate supply chain operations
- Utilizing logistics processes to optimize shipping and transport.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively.
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Take a responsible approach to health, safety, and environmental risks involved in your specific job capacity within the organization.

Experience & Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge of working with freight forwarders for shipment.

- Understanding and awareness of key logistics management
- Customer/Client focus
- Building and managing relations
- Knowledge of inventory management is required.
