Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Technician is responsible to preserve the good condition and functionality of machine equipment on the premises.
• Perform maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment and tools.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with quality and health and safety standards.
• Perform machine maintenance (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.).
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.).
• Conduct general upkeep procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Industrial Training Certificate in maintenance or Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent is desirable
• Knowledge of in both mechanical and electrical systems is desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experiences as a Maintenance Technician in Aerospace, Defence and Oil & Gas industry is desirable
