Planning
• Develops project planning within the TSS office in collaboration with the PMO to determine the resources (people, time, equipment, etc) required to deploy the systems design, civil works, installation, integration and Commissioning of ISMS, WAS and C2
• Oversees and develops high-level and detailed design for TSS systems
• Puts in place methods to anticipate installation issues and revise the deployment schedule and technical design as required
• Communicates the objectives and measures upon which the build will be evaluated at its completion to ensure the Team and subcontractors are fully aware of expectations and risks.


Design
• Oversees and ensures the high-level and system design of ISMS systems.
• Develop integration activities and interface Documentation for third party systems linked to TSS Systems
• Oversee the technical requirements for third party systems
• Develop bill of materials, materials sources and product selection of ISMS systems


Installation activities
• Oversees and advises on the project management to ensure a joined up approach between subcontractors and technical teams to ensure timely implementation of the Systems deployment
• Oversees the frameworks for the build is appropriate and in line with the outline, base and client brief
• Supports the procurement and negotiations for relevant 3rd party suppliers and communicates technical expectations
• Oversees the Quality of the works executed by third parties and subcontractors.


Delivery Assurance activities
• Oversees subcontracting delivery partners, and subcontractors are fully conversant with the contractual agreement and deliverables
• Provides guidance to the various teams on delivery expectations, policies and processes and compliance to Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Quality of work
• Ensures reports, forms and records are created and kept, to document Systems deployment activities and communicates updates to all Project actors
• Liaises with the project team and the client to ensure installation and integration is smooth and executed in-line with approved designs
• Oversees final sign off for Section or Works completion


People Management
• Identify, recommend, as support the appointment and development of a team of professionals to support the design, implementation of ISMS systems
• Oversees goals for subcontractors and evaluates performance as per the performance management process
• Provides feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis


Policies and Processes
• Manages the development, implementation and review of the project management documented policies and procedures to ensure consistent and systematic application of best practices.

 

Health, Safety & Environment
• Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
