Job Summary:

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Enterprise Business Process Specialist. The incumbent is required to execute tasks including PLM implementation, development, and customization including requirement definition, migration, upgrade, and maintenance activities to the PLM system.

Key Accountabilities:

• Analyse business requirements, and design, and implement solutions that address business processes.
• Support the development of custom code (including integrations to ERP).
• Perform tasks including installing and configuring PTC software, customization, GUI development, testing, debugging, data migration, and deployment support.
• Provide multiple solution options and recommendations based on extensive experience and best practices.
• Work with other team members (Designers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Business Representatives) to troubleshoot, maintain and enhance the Windchill PLM system.
• Support the development of custom code (including integrations to ERP).
• Develop data architecture and manage data migration efforts.
• Manage the interface with PTC and other related service providers.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Minimum: 5 Years with Windchill PLM Systems
• Preferred: 10 Years in Core PLM in PTC suite     
• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, or other equivalent
• Preferred: 7 years of experience with enterprise PLM, CAD or MES systems      
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in information systems, computer science, or other equivalent. PLM system or business process experience in a large engineering or manufacturing company
• Windchill PLM Integration to SAP/S4 using the Riess Eng SAP ECTR module and functionality. 
• Programming in Java with a solid knowledge of SQL Server and Windows OS. – LDAP (AD)
• Sound understanding of latest Windchill architecture, features, application interface framework including CAD interfaces 
• Install, configure and update Windchill software. Customize, develop GUIs, test, debug, migrate data and deploy
• Windchill PLM Integration to SAP/S4 using the Riess Eng SAP ECTR module and functionality.
