Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilitating initiatives to improve organizational performance, streamline processes, enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilizations;
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define improvement goals, develop action plans, and monitor progress.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of performance issues. Use statistical tools and techniques to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for process optimization.
- Work closely with the SHEQ and Manufacturing Engineering Team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Support in reviewing quality assurance processes that help monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in managing improvement projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation of improvement initiatives, including project plans, process maps, and standard operating procedures.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, project status, and improvement outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.
- Foster teamwork and communication to drive collective success and ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- PMP, PMO Certification Desirable.
Experience
- 5 years’ experience working in project management or engineering role
- Aerospace, Defence and Oil & Gas experience is essential
- Extensive experience with business operations
- Experience of Airbus and Boeing Program
- APQP and AS9100 experience
