Key Accountabilities:

• Act as an ambassador for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Lean Manufacturing techniques and processes
• Translate the manufacturing roadmap into work packages for production
• Represent Industrialization in concept design phases of projects and secure alignment of product concept and manufacturing roadmap
• Initiate manufacturing technology innovations and oversee its implementation
• Cooperate with other engineering teams to standardize the engineering activities across production processes
• Participate in improving and optimizing the production industrialization aspects of the Quality Management System
• Initiate capex optimization for initial investments into industrialization projects
• Ensure adherence to the applicable process for product introductions, qualifications and release
• Coach and mentor Product Industrialization Engineers on technical and operational skills

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field/ Masters’ degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics) Operations or Supply Chain Management
• 5-7 years of related work experience, ideally in electronic assembly processes
• Extensive hands-on experience in Design for Manufacturability and Test (DfMAT), Failure Mode Effect Analyses (FMEA), Lean and Six Sigma
