The Senior Manager of Resource Management is a high-impact, strategic role within the CEO office, reporting directly to the Director of Portfolio Governance and Business Excellence. This senior position plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the resource management strategy across the organization.

Key Responsiblities

• Strategic Resource Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor to the Executive Team on all matters related to strategic resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
• Resource Management Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of the resource management function, encompassing both Full-Time Employees (FTE) and Fixed-Term Contractors (FTC) across all organizational units. This includes forecasting, planning, and optimizing resource allocation to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
• EPM Tool Oversight: Take ownership of the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool, ensuring it effectively supports both backlog and frontlog resource requirements. This includes managing the tool's implementation, ongoing maintenance, and user support to enhance its functionality and usability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams to ensure that resource management practices are integrated seamlessly into the broader project and portfolio management processes. Provide expert guidance and support in utilizing the EPM tool for resource tracking and reporting.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the resource management function, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize resource utilization and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Experience and Education Qualification

•    Degree in Computer Science, electrical engineering, related field or equivalent experience.

•    10 years of providing support as a PMO to  teams that undertake execution of large programs, numerous projects across the full project delivery life cycle in both waterfall and agile methodologies, hardware and software delivery/development life cycle experience.
•    Must have previous PMO/  project or program management experience in cyber security and complex platform/product delivery.
•     Must be fully conversant in resource management principles
•    Have performed resource Management function and support (EPM) for at least 2 years.
•    Executive stakeholder management from business ideal initiation through to detailed business case development and throughout execution and operational maintenance
