Senior Organizational Psychologist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver assessments to meet client and department requirements
• Oversee the assessment delivery operations
• Oversee the development of research and publications in support of department
• Support the analysis of existing data sets for insight and opportunities, supporting other department and company initiatives, and contribute to shaping data collection opportunities
• Provide subject matter expertise on military/national security psychology in support of client projects
• Oversee and manage the development and delivery of training for Junior Psychology team members
• Mentor the Junior Psychology team, providing timely and relevant feedback on work
• Contribute to strategic planning and identify opportunities within Beacon Red for cross functional training and collaboration to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:

• Registered or Chartered Psychologist / Occupational Psychologist
• 6+ years of experience
• Ability to conduct psychological data analysis and deliver results
• Experience delivering rigorous military psychology / military job role assessments, analysis and profiling (desirable)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced Technical Acumen and an ability to efficiently learn new skills, methods and approaches within psychology
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups to enable project success
• Ability to mentor and coach team members
• Strong written English language skills
• Superior multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
