Service and Maintenance Engineer

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Organize and manage the service and maintenance activities.
• Establish, implement and continually improve the related quality procedures and documentation.
• Establish and ensure the availability of resources (manpower, spare parts, tools, etc.)
• Define and provide the necessary internal or external training for the production employees.
• Prepare the corrective and preventive maintenance schedules and plans.
• Follow the corrective and preventive maintenance procedures and ensure all the required documentation and filled.
• Properly store all the required spare parts and tools.
• Archive all the technical documentation related to the machines properly.
• Create and develop a strong networking with machines and equipment suppliers.
• Create and edit technical documentation.
• Integrate new machines, equipment or options.
• Improve the safety, reliability and the cost related to the maintenance.
• Perform machine and equipment troubleshooting.
• Propose, prepare and implement improvement solution or modification.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical) or other related courses/certificates.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-2 years’ experience with service and maintenance for machines.
• Ability to understand and follow the work instructions and drawings.

KEY SKILLS

• Working knowledge of CNC Machines
• Knowledge of Preventive Repair & Maintenance
• Knowledge of production policies and procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
• English language skills (Oral and written)
