Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn
• Maintain inventory control and accuracy by conducting regular physical counts, reconciling variances and recording data in the inventory management system
• Produce regular inventory reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure efficient utilization of space by organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Perform general maintenance including repairs and replacement of equipment used in the warehouse
• Coordinate inventory transfer with related departments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all warehouse activities
• Constantly work to improve processes and productivity of warehouse operations
• Oversee all warehouse workers, create their work schedules, issue corrective actions and resolve conflicts when required
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and security of warehouse at all times

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• 4-5 years of experience in the logistics, warehouse or inventory field in any industry
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar industry with a regional exposure
