About the Role

s a Senior Engraver at EDGE, you will lead laser engraving activities for components and products, ensuring all markings meet engineering, quality, and traceability requirements. Working closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams, you will optimize engraving processes, support continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate laser engraving machines to meet quality and production requirements.
• Verify engineering drawings, engraving layouts, serial numbers, and product traceability.
• Troubleshoot engraving equipment and support process optimization initiatives.
• Maintain engraving records, ERP transactions, and program documentation.
• Train and support engravers and operators on engraving processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and company standards throughout engraving operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or High School Certificate.
• Minimum 3–4 years of engraving experience, including laser engraving.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience operating laser engraving equipment and maintaining production records.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the defense, firearms, or precision manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and product traceability requirements.
• Experience supporting process improvement and training activities.
