About the Role
As a Senior Stores Supervisor at EDGE, you will oversee daily warehouse and stores operations, ensuring the safe receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, including hazardous goods. Working closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams, you will ensure inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse performance, and maintain compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stores operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Lead and support store personnel while monitoring productivity and operational performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through stock control, ERP transactions, and regular cycle counts.
- Coordinate material movements and support operational and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements for hazardous materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service levels.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or stores operations.
- Experience supervising warehouse or stores personnel.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse or Logistics certification.
- Experience within manufacturing, defense, or industrial environments.
- Forklift certification and experience handling hazardous materials.
